Supply Chain Tariff Assessment
Fair Supply's Methodology
The assessments and ratings provided by Fair Supply's Global Supply Chain Tariff Assessment are our opinion about your or a third party entity's exposure to price increases as a result of global tariffs being applied.
They are based on the information that you provide to us about your business and supply chain, as well as publicly available information available to us.
The publicly available information we use is what is known as a global multi-regional input-output dataset based on reputable third party sources which considers the industry category and geographical location of your supply chain or the entity about which you seek information. We then apply our proprietary technology to the information to form our opinion on the estimated level of exposure to global tariffs.
Although we endeavour to ensure the accuracy of all information we provide, we cannot guarantee that the information we have used to provide the ratings that we provide to you are accurate, complete or up-to-date. Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our aggregate liability to you in supplying our services will be limited to us resupplying the Services to you or to us paying you the cost of having the Services supplied again, and excludes loss or damage that is reasonably foreseeable for failures by us in providing the Services.
Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, Fair Supply, its officers, employees and agents are not liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage, loss of profits or anticipated profits, economic loss, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, loss of reputation or loss of revenue arising out of or in connection with the Supply Chain Tariff Assessment, including (but not limited to) for any person or entity placing reliance on, or acting on the basis of the content of the Supply Chain Tariff Assessment.
